Mark Napier, General Manager

Mark hails from Australia, he has 26 years experience in the entertainment, advertising, marketing and sales industry.
His position prior to joining Web Converters was in the highly competitive Australian radio industry, he held the position of 2IC for four years with the second largest capital city radio station, Brisbane's 4KQ. in the B. S. C. C. P. sales department.
Mark's training and experience has proven to be an asset to our organization and he is the perfect person to lead Web Converters Inc, Mark has the attitude that employees are never unreachable, he expects all Web Converters staff to always make themselves available to talk with clients as he does himself.

Kaori Kitahara, Translations Manager.

Kay as she likes to be called is our translations manager and a company director. Kay, was born and raised in Nagano Prefecture of Japan and has the ever daunting task of proof reading, checking and if needed amending all translations for Web Converters
Kay studied English at the University of Washington graduating with honors, she, and all our translation staff, regularly undergo the T. O. E. I. C. test which is the American standard for English in business today. Kay's average has remained at 965 of a possible 990 now for three years, this is to say she is in the top 0.3% of Japanese English speakers in the country. She says she isn't bi-lingual but we think she is just extremely modest.
